The convention site is: The Westin Bellevue, 600 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, Washington 98004.
Convention Room Rate:
$149 – double/night one king or two queen beds (plus taxes and fees)
If you do not plan to share a room, please book a King room
as the number of Queen/Queen rooms at the hotel is limited.
Self-Parking is $20 per car, per day on Thursday and Parking complimentary from Friday to Sunday.
This special rate is only available until February 28, 2023 and to convention attendees.

All convention meals will offer a vegetarian choice and accommodations can be made for special food needs.
On Thursday 3/23, join other sisters for no-host dinners 5:00 – 6:45 pm.
Space will be limited based on restaurant capacity – first come, first served.
Restaurants will be listed on Yammer – there are many choices in the area.
If space is available, you may register and pay for guest(s) for Shabbat dinner and/or other meals.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) Home | Port of Seattle (portseattle.org)
The airport is served by Super Shuttle, taxis, Ubers, Lyfts and a direct bus to Bellevue (18 miles 45-60 minutes to hotel).
You will receive additional details before the convention and can use Yammer to coordinate rides with others.
There is an alternate airport you can use for return flights - Paine Field Everett (PAE).
It is a small airport, but may offer more Sunday return flight options.
We recommend arrival before 3:00 pm on Thursday and departure after 3:00 pm on Sunday.
Please allow for 1-1.5 hours travel time to and from the airport.
Current and In-coming District Area Directors are expected to attend
the Area Director Training on Thursday from 2:30 to 4:00 pm.
Make sure your flights arrive by 12:30 pm on Thursday.
First Timers will have an Orientation Meeting on Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm.
New & Continuing Board members are expected to attend the District Board meeting
immediately following the close of convention on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Sisterhood presidents/representatives are encouraged to attend the Sunday board meeting.
If you are attending the board meeting, please book your flights for after 6:00 pm.
Since SeaTac is a busy airport, please allow at least 2.5-3 hours to get to your flight after your last session and hotel checkout.
Please plan your travel schedules accordingly.
