2026 CONVENTION SECURITY
For added security and to comply with Secure Community Network best practices, we have created a Members Only section of our website specifically for 2026 WRJ Pacific District Convention registrants. You must register for the 2026 Pacific District Convention to gain access to this Members Only section.
After you have registered for convention, you will receive a separate email from “no-reply@editmysite.com” with the subject line: "Welcome to www.wrjpacific.org!". Click on the link in that email to accept your registration. After you have been approved by our tech team, you will be able to use the Log In tab on the website navigation bar to access the Members Only portion of our website. You must click on the link in the email to activate your access. If you do not receive the email within a few days after registering, please check your spam folder.
In the Convention Portal, you will find hotel information including the link to reserve your room and hotel maps, as well as a detailed Convention Schedule with room assignments. You can bookmark these pages on your mobile device to refer to while at convention and/or download and print them to bring to convention. We will not have printed schedules at convention.
If you encounter any issues or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

CELEBRATING SAFELY: SOCIAL MEDIA AND SECURITY
Everyone is so excited about upcoming events like Purim, the Pacific District Convention, Spring Sisterhood programs, and more. Sharing the experience through social media is often how we show friends and family what they’re missing.
Of course, over the years, as social media evolved and recurring events became more frequent, we’ve developed best practices for social media use. Posting safely on social media means we can’t document “real-time”/live moments or our location, but it gives us more energy to savor the celebration!
Can’t wait to post a picture? Try using a free program like Padlet to create a secure space to share with others at your event. The Pacific District Convention has a Padlet space that helps participants find rideshare, create fun messages, receive program reminders, and view uplifting pictures. See how it worked during the 2023 Convention!
For the Convention, we ask participants to post their social media updates as they return home. What a wonderful way to revisit the fun you’ve had while waiting for your flight than to review the images you took and share them once everyone is safely on their way home! Remember, whenever discussing our upcoming convention on Mighty Network, Facebook, or other social media platform, be sure to tag your post with #WRJPD2026.
For all in-person events we recommend wearing badges, which can spark creative icebreakers, meaningful introductions, and collaborative connections. Situational Awareness becomes easier when everyone in attendance stays involved.
Your district board recognizes the enthusiasm to celebrate and share, and wants to stay positive without policing. With everyone's participation, we can help ensure the security of events in our community.
