Area Vice President and Area Director Sisterhood Presentation Form

The Pacific District supports sisterhoods and women's groups in many significant ways. To better serve our sisterhoods, we would like to assess the impact of our district leadership on our sisterhood and women's groups. To this end, we track annually how many times our Area Vice Presidents and Area Directors support our sisterhoods and women's groups through virtual or in person visits and by performing a task such as speaking engagements, workshops, installations, d'var, etc.

If you are a Pacific District Area Vice President or Area Director, please fill out this form within two weeks after your engagement with the sisterhood.

Note: This form is not for sisterhood use; it is only to be filled out by ADs and AVPs.
