The Sisterhood Program Exchange is the source for innovative programs in the Pacific District that have proven to be exceptional in terms of participation, fundraising, and/or impact to the synagogue/community.
On these pages, you will find brief program summaries which are categorized by Program Type (Social/Community Service/Combo) and Format (Virtual/In-Person/Hybrid). If you are searching for a fundraiser but are open to the type and/or format, you can do a dedicated search under Fundraisers. While the Exchange primarily is intended for new programs, superlative examples from years past can be found in the Archives.
Additional specific program information is contained in a password-protected Google file. The link to the Google file and the password will be provided in the Pacific District Chai Line which is mailed out to WRJ Pacific District members on the first and third Tuesday of every month. The Chai Line will also announce what’s new on the Exchange.
PD sisterhoods and women’s groups are a seemingly inexhaustible source of excellent programming. These programs are a valuable resource and will be available at your fingertips through the Sisterhood Program Exchange. But as we’re an exchange, we want you to submit your best programs for consideration. We’d also like to know if you’ve run an Exchange program and either had a different result or changed the program substantially.
If you’d like to submit your program or add to the file of an existing one, please visit our Program Exchange page.
Thank you for participating in the Sisterhood Program Exchange!
