WRJ Pacific District Transition and Engagement Plan
The 2021-2023 WRJ Pacific District Transition and Engagement Plan was designed as a tool to enable our district leadership and members to utilize and apply the experience and knowledge of our past to the best interest of the Pacific District going forward.
This plan is based on an understanding of the elements of the WRJ Strategic Plan as well as an assessment of our district strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
Providing the support of our leadership to our affiliates through these guidelines will enable our district and our affiliates to grow stronger and remain flexible by utilizing ongoing connections, through direct contact and messaging, as well as by ongoing reporting, evaluation and adjustment as needed.
