WRJ Covid-19 Covenant of Care for Pacific District Events

All attendees must be vaccinated and boosted.
Proof of vaccination will be required.

Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) is committed to providing the safest and healthiest environment for our members, participants, and employees. COVID-19 has created unique challenges to holding in-person events, and WRJ is taking steps to mitigate the risks inherent in such activities. Our decisions and requirements will be guided by recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), federal, state/provincial, and local health authorities, and will be revised and amended as necessary. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment is a shared responsibility among the organizers, venue managers, and each and every participant.

This Covenant of Care contains the minimum standards for a WRJ event. Please be aware that local events and venues may have additional rules and guidelines which you will need to observe.

For Pacific District events, you may sign the WRJ Covenant of Care for Pacific District Events electronically below. By choosing to submit the form electronically, you are agreeing that your electronic signature will be binding and legal.

If you prefer to print and sign a physical document, please download it below and bring it when you check in to the in-person event.

Whether you choose to submit this form electronically or on paper, the form must be filled out within 24 hrs of arrival at the event.

Covid policies specific to each event and venue will be emailed to registrants before each event.
